Carey Northington
Founder & President, One Master Ministries
I've known Dan Schilling for over twenty years, and during that time, he has become far more than a partner in ministry—he is one of my most trusted friends. We first served together at Crown Financial Ministries, and even back then, it was clear that Dan was different. His integrity was—and still is—unshakable. His love for the Lord, commitment to truth, and genuine care for people were evident in everything he worked on.
When you talk with Dan, you quickly realize you're sitting with someone who doesn't just know the Word—he walks it out. His insight is sharp, his wisdom is grounded in Scripture, and his discernment is Spirit-led. Dan is also down-to-earth and fun to be around!
He's the kind of friend who will challenge you in love, sit with you in the hard seasons, celebrate in the good ones, and—without fail—make you laugh when you need it most. Dan brings joy into the room, not by trying to be impressive, but simply by being real. And in a world that often rewards performance over authenticity, Dan is refreshingly genuine.
As a husband and father, he's the real deal. He loves his family with deep intentionality. The same strength and humility that mark his leadership are evident in how he leads at home. He's raising up the next generation of young men, not just with instruction—but by example.
Dan has the rare ability to speak bold truth with care. He can unpack deep biblical principles with clarity and make them practical for everyday life. He's not in this for himself—he simply desires to point people to Jesus.
I've watched Dan teach, lead, write, mentor, and serve across platforms big and small. And whether he's leading a global initiative or sitting with a single soul who's struggling, he brings the same passion, focus, and humility every time.
I count it a great privilege to call Dan Schilling a friend. I trust him completely. I've seen the fruit of his life. And I can say with full confidence: if you have the opportunity to learn from him, walk with him, or serve alongside him—take it.
You will not only grow in wisdom—you'll grow in faith, in purpose, and in joy. Dan's the kind of leader, teacher, and friend this generation desperately needs.

I have known Dan Schilling for over a decade. We served together as co-laborers on the Compass global leadership team, where I witnessed his servant leadership firsthand—both with our international team and with his team in North America.
During those years, Dan’s influence went far beyond leadership titles. He personally impacted my life by speaking truth, offering encouragement, and sharing insights that were not theory but deeply rooted in real-life application. Dan truly lives what he teaches.
Through his own journey, Dan came to see— and helped me see— that something vital was missing. It wasn’t a minor detail, but the very essence: an abiding relationship with the Father.
I watched him wrestle with this truth through trial and error in his own life, and in the process, he opened my eyes to how much of what we call “Christendom” has drifted from the heart of the Father. He reminded me that we have not always obeyed the voice of our Great Shepherd, and in many ways, we have gone astray.
Our friendship and fellowship continue to this day. Through our conversations, Dan helped me see that life is not about rules or appearances—it’s about complete dependence on Him. That our pride resists this dependence, but when we repent and abide, we are filled with His love, peace, and joy (John 15).
This truth has shaped Dan’s life, transformed my own, and now flows through the work of FeedSheep to others around the globe.
Dan is uniquely equipped to guide this generation into this life-changing reality of faithfulness. Walking with him on this journey of abiding in Christ will transform your faith from the inside out—just as it has mine.
If you have the opportunity to learn from him, take it. It will be a game-changer in your life.

I’ve known Dan Schilling for nearly 30 years, and what stands out most is his authenticity, humility, and contagious passion for helping others walk in biblical truth. He’s not just knowledgeable—he’s faithful, consistent, and lives what he teaches.
Dan has challenged me, encouraged me, and ultimately inspired me to launch a ministry rooted in biblical financial principles. That decision profoundly changed the trajectory of my life, my leadership, and my legacy.
Every conversation with Dan brings fresh insight, conviction, and clarity. If you ever get the opportunity to spend time with him, take it. It won’t just be a blessing—it will be a catalyst that multiplies your impact.

(Retired) Financial Ministry Director, Christ Community Chapel, Hudson, OH
I’ve known Dan Schilling for over 20 years, and from our very first meeting, it was clear he was no ordinary ministry leader. Through Crown Financial Ministries, I expected to simply purchase resources, but Dan had other plans. I quickly discovered he wasn’t a customer service rep or salesman—he was a missionary who had devoted his life to serving leaders like me. He wasn’t there to make sales—he was there to make disciples.
I was blown away when Dan offered to drive an hour and a half each week at his expense, to personally guide our leadership team’s small group, modeling what true biblical teaching and discipleship look like. Over the years, through hundreds of phone calls, meetings, and group sessions we shared, he continually poured into my life and into the lives of those around me.
Years later, when I became a Financial Ministry leader at another church, Dan once again invested his time, insight, wisdom, and encouragement—meeting weekly with me and our volunteers to help us grow into Godly leaders.
Dan will never settle for lukewarm faith. Like the apostle Paul, he is relentless in his desire to reach as many people as possible with the truth of God’s Word, for as long as he has breath in his lungs. Though younger than me, Dan mentored me with love, patience, and wisdom. The fruit of that investment remains to this day.
My prayer is that God grants him many more years to plant seeds that will grow into mighty spiritual trees. I am deeply thankful our paths crossed, and I pray that many others will experience the passionate faith and teaching that have so profoundly impacted my life.

I don’t know many people who live out scripture like Dan Schilling does. He doesn’t just quote it—he digs into it, wrestles with it, and lets it shape the way he moves through the world.
His kindness isn’t performative. His wisdom isn’t borrowed. And his faith? It’s not the kind you dust off on Sundays—it’s the kind you cling to in the darkest nights when you’ve got nothing else.
If you’re looking for a discipleship ministry built on performance, polish, or brand appeal, this isn’t it. But if you want to follow someone who follows Jesus—closely, humbly, and with a whole lot of love—Dan is your man.

VP, Chief Operating Officer, Marketplace Leader & Follower of Christ
For more than 20 years, I’ve known Dan Schilling as a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and an ambassador of His Word. His commitment to sharing God’s truth and his passion for helping people grow closer to the Lord through a deeper understanding of Scripture have continually inspired me.
One of the qualities I admire most about Dan is his fearless approach to tackling the tough topics—issues like pride, infidelity, and money management, and how each impacts our relationship with God and others. He addresses these matters head-on, with love and truth, in honesty and integrity, demonstrating both courage and a deep love for the people he serves.
What stands out even more is his unwavering trust in the Lord to provide for his family’s needs, regardless of the circumstances. Dan’s faith in God as provider is not just something he talks about—it is something he lives out daily, and it has been remarkable to witness.
I consider Dan to be a modern-day prophet—one who speaks God’s truth with clarity and conviction. I am confident that his influence and teachings will continue to inspire, challenge, and guide many into a deeper walk with Christ.
