These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Family to Family, Inc., doing business as FeedSheep.org ("FeedSheep," "we," "us," or "our"), for the use of feedsheep.org and our related pages, workshops, cohorts, community, and resources (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
FeedSheep.org is a faith-based ministry of Family to Family, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 33-1033890) based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. We offer teaching and community that help followers of Jesus grow in faithfulness with everything God has entrusted to them.
You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse them, disrupt them, or interfere with other participants. When you register for an event or account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Some of our offerings are free and some are paid. Prices are shown at the point of registration and may change over time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Where we offer a pay-what-you-can or scholarship option, it is offered in good faith to make our teaching accessible.
Because our workshops, cohorts, and community involve live, limited-seat teaching, please register only when you intend to participate. If you have a concern about a payment, reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right in a fair and reasonable way.
The content we create — including our teaching, written materials, videos, graphics, frameworks, and the FeedSheep and Treasured names and marks — belongs to Family to Family, Inc. or is used with permission. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial growth. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute it, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
If you post or share anything in our community or through our Services, you keep ownership of what you share, and you give us permission to display it as part of running the community. You agree not to share anything unlawful, harmful, dishonest, or disrespectful. We want our spaces to reflect kindness and honesty, and we may remove content or participation that undermines that.
Our Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, and Zoom. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We offer our Services with care and in good faith, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose. Spiritual growth is a work of God in your life; we provide teaching and encouragement, not guaranteed outcomes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Family to Family, Inc. and those who serve with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the offering in question.
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Services, so that our community stays healthy for everyone.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Services after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
